Shifu Hengxiu is a 35th-generation Shaolin disciple who began training in Shaolin Kung Fu at a young age. He has toured internationally on cultural-exchange missions and teaches students of all ages, from preschool children to adults.

His specialties include Shaolin Tiger Fist, Taizu Long Fist, Spring and Autumn Broadsword, Monk’s Spade, three-section staff, and Mandarin Duck Hooks.

Dr. Katherine Lawson is an Integrative Mental Health Specialist, certified Embodied Imagination® practitioner, psycho-spiritual counselor, author, and international speaker with nearly two decades of experience in psychedelic education and healing. Educated at Vassar College, he worked as an independent software designer for 200 client companies.
